https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D233324 --- Comment #23 from Warner Losh <imp@FreeBSD.org> --- (In reply to Kevin Bowling from comment #19) > You are not the only maintainer and this work doesn't belong to you. I h= ave no > problem working with you but I won't tolerate petulant behavior fr= om anyone. Kevin, actually x11@ does own this port. Like all ports that have mailing l= ists listed as MAINTAINER=3D, a group decides what to do about the port. This is= n't petulant behavior to push back at an unauthorized change by members of that MAINTAINER list. It's the standard way things work in the ports tree, and is somewhat different than the src tree. In addition, there has been real brea= kage that caused the group considerable time in the past by uncoordinated change= s, which is why you are seeing the reaction you are seeing.=20 I've already invited you to the x11 bi-weekly meetings. Let's work together= in the future to get more work done in this area. I'd much rather work togethe= r to get things done than continue to litigate the details of this incident. --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
