I managed to connect to my ISP through PPP, successfully logged in, established connection... And that's all for now. Telnet, ftp, ping just answer like "Couldn't connect to remote host". Man ppp ends just over this, telling that after successfull connection everything should work right and perfect. Waiting for help or some tips, where to go. Thank you.
