[/usr/ports/sysutils/lsof] root@freebee> setenv WRKDIRPREFIX work-i386-5.2.1
[/usr/ports/sysutils/lsof] root@freebee> portinstall lsof
 { output deleted, errors about cpumask }

[/usr/ports/sysutils/lsof] root@freebee> ls
Makefile                files/                  pkg-plist
distinfo                pkg-descr               work-i386-5.2.1/
