That might be slightly tricky: I get the feeling that the frontpage stuff can be a bit recalcitrant. Anyhow, in order to get all of the functionality you desire, you should try installing these ports in pretty much this order: www/apache13-modssl www/mod_frontpage www/mod_perl www/mod_php4 Unfortunately installing mod_ssl via APXS as a completely separate DSO module isn't possible, but that seems not to be the case for frontpage or the other modules you want.
