This must be the most commonly asked question on this list. As such, a quick search of the archives would have given you the answer. Anyway, the "B" in "3C905B" is what's killing you. The 3C905B is not supported by the same driver that the 3C905 non-B (in 2.2.6) uses. You need to download the xl driver from http://www.freebsd.org/~wpaul/3Com.
