<bookinfo> can contain more than one <copyright>s.

	  </copyright>

As far as I can tell from "Docbook: The definitive guide", there is no
easy way to add comments to <holder>, but I guess you could do
something like:

	<holder>Addison-Wesley Longman, Inc (Original English language
	  edition)</holder>
