Well, here's the output of xev for keys that don't seem to do anything
(with your patches applied). I think I'll check the unpatched x-server
tomorrow.=20

Since I have a German keyboard, there are also some special German keys
(that btw dont't work).
I wrote down every key, where xev outputs:
XLookupString gives 0 bytes:

None of the lights in the key (Num Lock, Caps Lock, ...) work.
Mode Switch (=3D=3DAlt Gr) works (I con write an @). Shift doesn't work.

Btw, I don't know if this is interesting, but I searched if this bug
also exists in Linux and discovered that it seems only to exist with the
2.4 kernel, but not with the 2.6 kernel.=20
