Discovered, just now, is that if I set PCIC in the Tecra BIOS, let it
boot and wait up to a minute or so, then assign an IP address to the
410TX, it pops up and works.  All three lights on the dongle are on,
indicating 100BaseTX, full duplex, and a link.

Could this be an autonegotiation problem?
