I wonder if you could try running your application on a GENERIC-DEBUG kerne= l?=20 The output from comment 2 shows that the knote is a marker knote used during list scans, it's pretty weird that knote_fdclose() would encounter one, and= I suspect that it reflects a bug elsewhere in the kqueue code.
