Just make sure you have some version of 2.2 and the linux_lib port installed. Download the 1.01 executable from ftp://ftp.idsoftware.com/idstuff/unsup, and drop in the pak files from the DOS quake. The server code works flawlessly. I have a DOS machine to play quake on, so I haven't played with the client part on BSD. -Dan Nelson quake.emsphone.com:26000 dnelson@emsphone.com http://quake.emsphone.com
