IF you http to the FreeBSD site (freebsd.org) then goto the handbook,
I think in section 2 there is a section abuot adding users.  The way you didpn 
it was not correct to fix the problem of proc table full.  If I remember correctly illor
you have to change the maxusers to something higher.  But anyway, I would check
the www page.  its http://www.freebsd.org and i think under documentation 
then handbook.
