I got the following information from:
http://www.jwz.org/xscreensaver/faq.html#root-lock
% xhost +localhost
localhost being added to access control list
% su
% Password:=20
# gnorpm
=2E..
# exit
% xhost -localhost
localhost being removed from access control list
When I attempt to run the above, I receive this error message:
xhost: unable to open display ""
Also, there is no 'gnorpm' on this system.
This is on a FreeBSD-6.2 machine. What is causing this problem?
