It's beyond the regular ISA port range.  Stupid ISA cards only decode
10 address bits.  OTOH, this will yield address 0x0, so you need a
stupid motherboard to get hosed by it.

It's perhaps better to mention it as a particular ``oddness'' in
hardware.txt.
