1.  Figure out how to write audio drivers.
2.  Ask Aztech for the specifications.  
3.  Write a driver for it.

OR

1.  Buy a better soundcard.

Face it, Packard Bell soundcards suck, and no one wants to spend the time
to write a driver for them (unless you do, and by all means go for it!).
