Hi, using scsiformat -p d sd1 reports a Medium rotation Rate of 6400. Is this the rpm: that is reported by disklabel? Which seems to default to 3600. Also: on the same thing, reported information, the number of actual sectors calculated is different to the total sectors reported? ie: If I use the calculation, I get 5386240 sectors/unit. However, disklabel reports 4110000, and changes the sectors/cylinder from 2630 as reported by scsiformat, to 2048. Which is 'correct' ? if thats the right way of calling it. cheers Bob -- Support Whirled Peas. Business in China?
