	Fresh-installed -stable snapshot system

	Out-of-the-box getty fails to process escape characters '\r', '\n'
	and probably other ones.  getty taken from a friend's 2.2-STABLE
	as of late August works Ok.

	Here are /etc/ttys lines:

ttyv9   "/usr/libexec/getty Pc"         cons30r on secure
ttyva   "/usr/libexec/getty.dist Pc"            cons30r on secure

	where /usr/libexec/getty.dist is whatever came with distribution.

	On ttyv9 we see the banner message as expected:

WinNT 5.0 == FreeBSD! (nt5.ipi.kiev.ua) (ttyv9)

login:

	On ttyva we observe the following:
