Here's the patches for doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/; I've left the entry in doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/share/sgml/teams.ent while the translations still contain the a.faq entity, and will note so in the commit log. I'm still not sure whether re@ approval is required for doc/ commits at the moment; John ?
