Perl5.000 compiles right out of the box. I wonder why it is 4.013 that in the distribution. uucp 1.05 that comes with stock 2.0/2.1-dev still does not work. Are the pathes compiled different from claimed in /etc/uucp? I made it work from the uucp-1.05 package but the binary is 10 times bigger. Do I have to do something to compile a shared version?
