As you may have noticed, I went through a bunch of ports PR's and
assigned them to the port maintainers, if they have freefall accounts.
This was mostly an attempt to make the list of PR's assigned to
ports@freebsd.org smaller, and so easier to look through for e.g. port
updates and/or new ports. This wasn't an attempt to prod people into
doing things with the PR's -- that's the job of the weekly "here are
your PR's" email =)

I'd like to assign PR's to non-freefall maintainers also. Maintainers
who aren't committers rely on committers to commit changes anyway, so
I don't think it's an extra restriction for them to rely on committers
to close bug PR's also. Does anyone have any comments?

  Bill
