Umm, thats the documentation I was describing.

Another piece of info I got when increasing my LogLevel was an entry in the
maillog:

Aug 16 16:10:56 mordor sendmail[27216]: starting daemon (8.11.5): SMTP
Aug 16 16:10:56 mordor sendmail[27216]: TLS: file CertFile missing
