The raw message you got and the result of "pccardc dumpcis" would be much more informative and helpful. If the problem is just the absence of the entry it will work by editing pccard.conf. wwoods> Regarding the PAO 3.1, would I be a ble to use it with 3.2? If so, I ask wwoods> again, do I get the source, compile it and then what?? I read the docs, wwoods> but I am still a bit lost on this. I don't know whether PAO 3.1 work with 3.2-RELEASE. I dont' recommend to do it as I suspect there was significant change between 3.1-RELEASE and 3.2-RELEASE. Installation of PAO 3.1 on 3.1-RELEASE is much easier. Just install paobin and paosrc after the installation of 3.1-RELEASE. See ftp://daemon.jp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD-jp/PAO/flp/3.1-RELEASE/README Perhaps you did not see this because this is quite a new document. -------- Tomoaki Nishiyama e-mail:tomoaki@biol.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp Department of Biological Sciences, Graduate School of Science, The University of Tokyo To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-mobile" in the body of the message
