I believe that for consistency, %r[nov] should also include shlib dependencies.

Also, autoremove must never propose to remove a port not marked as auto.

The issue surfaced because when using portmaster to upgrade ports, x11/libinput
was picking up gtk4 instead of gtk3 (meson.build is checking for both, with
gtk4 first), but only the gtk3 dependency is in libinput's Makefile as a
dependency.
