Generally it's best to ask the port maintainer, which in this case is
x11@freebsd.org -- or in other words, the freebsd-x11@freebsd.org
mailing list. There is a test version of some 4.3.99 server code in
ports -- see x11-servers/XFree86-4-Server-snap.
