    As it happens the NMI was caused by attempting to access memory mapped 
PCI address space. The HBA associated with the mapped PCI address space 
generated a PERR. Thanks for the help.

You did not provided exact console output on the panic, despite requested.

What is the device that was mmaped ? Obviously, this is your problem.
