Here's the ouput of `pciconf -lv`: Lots of great info follows, but you forgot the most important part: version of FreeBSD this is running on. :) There have been updates the the Atheros HAL between FreeBSD versions 5.3, 5.4, and 6.0. Each update supports more Atheros revisions. The last time I saw that message was when I purchased a new NetGEAR WG511T last August card and tried running it on FreeBSD 5.3.
