That depends on the monitor.

Again it depends on the screen. Max resolution on my monitor is 8192 x 
8192 which my graphics card can't output, it's a radeon HD 3870.
My graphics card support these resolutions 1920x1200, 2560x1600, HDTV 
(1920x1080), QXGA (2048x1536)
