Luckily the client packages are small (under 1MB), so it's not a major problem if both 3.23 and 4.0 get installed. Doesn't the port build handle this right? mysql40-client is listed before p5-DBD-mysql in RUN_DEPENDS, so ideally bsd.port.mk should be able to build and install the 4.0 client, then just use that for the p5-DBD-mysql build. -- Dan Nelson dnelson@allantgroup.com
