Hi there.

Now my isdn connection works like a charm and I'm happy
with it.

Just a few questions:
- how can I know I'm really using both B channels at once
for a bandwith of 128 Kb? isdntrace -bi shows B2. But
the maximum transfer rate I get is 7.4 KBytes/sec
- I'm using userland PPP. After some trying it seams to me
that if I want an idle-timeout I can't take advantage of
isdnd.rc options but must use user-ppp timeout option. Is
  that right?
- At the beginning I had trouble with the connection dropping
every 48 seconds. Using isdntrace I found out that was the
NT to send the TE a disconnect message! I assumed that meant
that was my ISP to disconnect. Is that right? Anyway, I went
on and called my ISP. They didn't give me any feedback, but
after a while the connection was no longer interrupted. It's
important to me to know whether it was my fault or ISP's
fault as I'm afraid I may get a high bill. When there was
traffic to/from the internet my PC would make a new connection
every 48 secs and the provider bills me a small amount for
  every successful connection.
Let me know if you want some log file to examine.

Best regards.
