You must have been annoyed at me when I did the shuffling of where the ports trees were. At first I thought having them be plain directories underneath their FTP install tree was a cleaner layout but various package related tools are geared up to expect the ports//packages-X.Y-release structure so I sorta blew through and rearranged everything a month or so ago.
