I'm not sure I understand what "routing policies" mean in general.
Nevertheless, I'd like we have some knob (sysctl?) to optionally preserve
current behaviour when kernel assigns loopback routes, so packet filters st=
ill
deal with local traffic as going through loopback interface, BPF "sees" it =
on
lo0 too etc.

Too many things will break if we just remove loopback routes unconditionall=
y.
