Hi folks,

i be an newbie in FreeBSD and NetBSD, may not in Unix (Solaris, SCO) or Linux.

Under Linux i use the reiserfs for productive systems, while the time-spend for
the booting-process (in detail fsck ) is very long by large disks whit ext2.

I would now set up an prodictive server whit FreeBSD and one with NetBSD(a very
small).

For this setup i have search infomations over an lfs, may the last entry for an
lfs have i found in the Release-Notes for the Version 2.2.6.

Please help me to get more information over an lfs under FreeBSD, or to get the
Information why an lfs under FreeBSD is only garbage (when it is).

I know that an entry in the man-page from mount exist, may he is not commented.

please help me and write any notes to <mailto:michael@nettmail.de>

and excuse my very bullshitting english, i am not the best in this case....

thanks for all and
best regards

Michael
