Hello! It sounds strange to me, that you got 30 IPs assigned to 1 NIC and you ran out of usable ones. Didn't you think about changing size of your subnet assigned to that NIC? If you'll assign a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0 you'll get 254 usable IPs. Now you can forget about your 2nd NIC. All you have to do (after changing the subnet mask on server) is to change mask on hosts in your network (you can leave other settings unchanged). Hope it will work for you.
