You don't need to download files by files.
Simply go there: http://www.freebsd.org/handbook/install.html
Create the installation disk _has they say_ (boot.flp)
Read..
Boot your computer with the installation disk.
Choose how you want to install it (probably by ftp - the installation
disk will fetch all files for you)
Take 4 hours for me over a 56Kpbs connection.
