Has anyone heard about/used the Universal Service Fund (USF implemented by the FCC? I read about it in the July Boardwatch (p90). Apparently, the gov is putting up $2.25 billion/year to get schools and libraries connected to the net. If anyone has any info on how to sign up/ apply/ whatever, I'd sure appreciate it. Thanks, Eddie
