I've never seen this message in all caps before. I don't know what that means. The message itself indicates an unexpected condition, and doesn't give much of an indication about where it happened. If you can get a dump of the system, it would help. Take a look at http://www.freebsd.org/handbook/handbook268.html#608 for details of how to take a dump.
