While attempting to install 3.0-Release on my home box, I discovered the boot floppy dosn't find my SCSI controller.... Used to.. I've got a couple of OLD HP Vectra XU 5/90's with the integrated AMD SCSI/Ethernet controller. I look and it 'tain't in the GENERIC kernel anymore and it's commented out as "!CAM" in the LINT kernel. I've been away from Freebsd for a few months (been buried deep in Micro$oft's NT, unfortunately). Some guidance please? I've got 3.0 installed on my WORK box, so I COULD build a custom kernel (but, haven't had the time to investigate as of yet....) Was hoping to get 3.0 installed on my home box this weekend and won't have a chance to get into work to do any of this before next week (and it'll be hard to find the time then...) P.S. I'm not subscribed to this list at home at this time, so please e-mail direct (post to the list as well...)
