Looks like the port doesn't install it (I got bitten by this too.)
Take a look at /usr/ports/textproc/urlview/work/urlview-0.9/ -- it
should contain url_handler.sh.orig (the linux-oriented version),
and url_handler.sh (the freebsd-specific).
