This kind of comments should not be in committ messages because it is
only a temporary commment and the URL is probably not going to work in
five years when someone is browsing through CVSWeb.

Commit messages annotate the source code file and are not meant to be
a way of mailing list communication of things de jour.

Not to hit on Max in particular but it the past month I've seen more
and more of this type and detoriates the very high quality of commit
messages we had so far.
