My university is thinking of making a local mirror and I was asked to research this. I've checked Mirroring freebsd and stats, however I'd like to get more punctual figures on how much bandwith/daily is needed to keep things into sync. Also what is the procedure for announcing a local ftp and getting it listed in the mirror list - write to hostmaster@freebsd.org or something else? Thank you in advance. Dimitar Vassilev
