Why would you want to remove it? To use another operating system?
If you just need to reinstall it, see:

Or, if you want to get rid of FreeBSD totally, and use DOS, boot with a
dos boot disk and use fdisk to remove it. The command line for that would
be:
a:\> fdisk /mbr
