Hello,
	Is there any tools, that i can use for measure traffic, sorted by
certain IP range. Ex.
	first_iprange 10.0.0.1-10.0.0.5/32 10.0.0.8/32 10.0.0.12-10.0.0.16
	second_iprange 10.0.0.6/32 10.0.0.10-10.0.0.11/32
	third_iprange 10.0.0.7/32 10.0.0.9/32
I think that i could use some program based on BPF/pcap library, but
i can't find such a filter that can do it.
