I take this as an example, it's not the only one:
This is a false positive. You need to check the PREFIX of each port,
and only if the prefix is the same (maybe via a call to realpath) you
can say that you have a conflict. This is a linux infrastructure port
and it installs into /compat/linux, not to /usr/local.
