I see acpi_battery_register routine, but > I suspect it is only used at boot time. Dynamic device add/remove is in my local tree. It has a few quirks in general but works ok with batteries. After some more work, it's likely I'll commit it. It is the rudimentary beginnings of docking support and drive bay swapping. -Nate
