Yes.  The patches for the DFE-538TX were submitted (by myself and others) to
the rl driver maintainer in April.  They have yet to make it to -CURRENT let
alone -STABLE.  Look at PR #25640 or #25566 for the patch.  (The DFE-530TX+
is the same card as the DFE-538TX, except that the 538TX has WOL support.)
