The whole reason of doing this is so the long distance phone
charges are picked up by the server.
If it was just local service why have callback at all.
You need a lot more coffee, by the pot full.

Does the script check to make certain that if someone
calls from long distance that the pppd server does not call
back on your dime? Might want to add that as a comment so
that ppl can lock this part down. Hope that helps. Need more
coffee.
