Which mail reader do your users use? In any case
you have to tell them to change default directory with
incomming mail, of course if your users are humans,
i.e. not virtual users.

By the way, you can add file .forward to each user
directory and add following line to it (with quotation marks):

"/path/to/user/directory/.mail"

Probably the same can be done with virtusertable for all
users but I don't check it.
