Hello,

I am the maintainer of several ports of XPI extensions for Mozilla and
Firefox, and today I have received reports from pointyhat / Krismail
about failures:

After installation, these ports rebuild the chrome registry with
regxpcom and regchrome, two binaries installed by mozilla or firefox
(see www/mozex/pkg-install.xpi). On pointyhat logs, we can see segfault
or erratic behaviour for some ports (adblock-firefox-0.5.d,
bugmenot-0.6.2 and fr-mozilla-flp-1.7.11).

I have no ia64 machine; could someone check if regxpcom and regchrome are
OK on this platform?

Regards,

Th. Thomas.
