Hi there,

You should be telling sendmail/postfix/exim/insert your favourite MTA
here/ that you want to use your Windows mail server (or whatever) as a
relayhost.

That will relay mail via that host, and may solve your problem.  Consult
your MTA documentation for more information on how to do this.
