I upgraded to current yesterday:
# uname -a
FreeBSD FBSD10 10.0-CURRENT FreeBSD 10.0-CURRENT #11 r234399: Tue Apr 17
18:15:12 EDT 2012 root@FBSD10:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/MYKERNEL amd64

Using the standard system compiler.

[root@FBSD10 ~]# portsnap fetch update
Looking up portsnap.FreeBSD.org mirrors... 4 mirrors found.
Fetching snapshot tag from portsnap5.FreeBSD.org... done.
Latest snapshot on server matches what we already have.
No updates needed.
Ports tree is already up to date.
