Except, again, you are intentioanally picking the wrong definitions
of the words.  Just because your example here is obviously egregiously
incorrect, doesn't mean that your word choice before wasn't also
incorrect.

As a technicality, intellectual property is not real property.  At
least pick wrong deifinitions that have a chance of being relevent
to the situation.  RMS does.  8-).
